EcoVitals Return & Refund Policy

At EcoVitals, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns – 7 Day Policy

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at Info@ecovitals.co.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately upon delivery at Info@ecovitals.co.
We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

As we currently sell only one product — Ecovitals Gut & Lean Fizz Tablets — we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products not in their original packaging

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to email us before starting a return.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired product


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund
